Order Processing

All orders placed on jerolex.com are generally processed and released from our end within 1 to 2 business days after successful order confirmation or payment verification. Orders are not processed or dispatched on our weekly off day, which is Friday, or on public holidays and unforeseen operational closure days. During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, special launches, or exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Domestic Shipping Charges

For orders delivered within India, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 is charged on eligible orders. However, shipping is free for all domestic orders with a cart value of ₹1,499 or above after applicable discounts, unless otherwise stated during checkout, promotional events, or product-specific conditions. The final shipping amount applicable to your order will always be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping Charges

For orders delivered outside India, a standard international shipping fee of ₹1,199 is charged on eligible international orders. However, shipping is free for international orders with a cart value of ₹14,999 or above after applicable discounts, unless otherwise stated at checkout or during specific promotions. International shipping charges shown at checkout may vary in certain cases depending on destination, delivery partner availability, operational restrictions, or special handling requirements, but the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will be treated as final unless additional customs or import-related charges are imposed by the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

For orders within India, delivery is generally completed within approximately 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier network, serviceability, and local logistics conditions. For international orders, delivery timelines may vary significantly based on destination country, customs clearance procedures, airline or freight availability, courier partner handling, and local delivery regulations. International shipments may therefore take longer than domestic shipments, and estimated delivery dates provided during or after checkout should be treated as approximate and not guaranteed.

Shipping Partners

Jerolex uses multiple courier and logistics partners through Shiprocket and associated shipping networks to fulfill domestic and international deliveries. The shipping partner assigned to an order may vary depending on the destination pincode or country, package weight, courier availability, and service performance. We reserve the right to select, change, or reassign the courier partner for any order without prior notice in order to ensure the best possible delivery service.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of every order, delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, sale periods, festive rush, courier operational issues, remote service areas, weather disruptions, strikes, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect customer details, failed delivery attempts, local restrictions, force majeure events, or any other logistical or external factors. Jerolex shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our direct control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and serviceable shipping address along with a valid phone number and email address at the time of placing the order. If an incorrect, incomplete, unserviceable, or unverifiable address is provided, it may result in dispatch delay, non-delivery, return-to-origin, additional courier charges, or cancellation of the order. Jerolex shall not be responsible for delivery failures arising from inaccurate customer-provided shipping details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is unreachable, the contact number is not responding, or the package is refused at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their service policy. If the shipment remains undelivered after permitted attempts, it may be returned to us by the courier. In such cases, Jerolex reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, handling, return logistics, and operational charges before issuing any eligible refund, if applicable under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within supported serviceable areas. Customers placing COD orders are expected to be available to receive the shipment and complete payment at the time of delivery. Jerolex reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch and may cancel or refuse any COD order that appears suspicious, fake, high-risk, unverifiable, abusive, or likely to result in refusal or non-acceptance. Repeated COD refusals or non-acceptance may result in restrictions on future COD availability for the customer.

International Shipping Conditions

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products are legally importable into their destination country. Jerolex does not guarantee that all products will clear customs in every country. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, clearance fees, local handling charges, and any other destination-country charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. If an international order is delayed, held, returned, confiscated, or refused by customs or local authorities due to destination-country rules, customer inaction, missing documentation, or unpaid import charges, Jerolex shall not be liable for such events and any refund, if considered, may be subject to deduction of shipping, return freight, customs, handling, and other operational losses.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, your customer account dashboard, or any available order update method used by Jerolex. Customers are advised to regularly monitor shipment status using the provided tracking information. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner but the customer claims non-receipt, Jerolex may initiate an investigation with the shipping partner. Resolution in such cases depends on the courier’s proof of delivery, GPS confirmation, delivery records, and internal verification. Jerolex does not guarantee refunds or replacements for shipments marked as successfully delivered unless the courier partner confirms a delivery issue or loss attributable to their handling. Jerolex is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement of packages after confirmed delivery at the address provided by the customer.

Partial Shipments and Split Deliveries

In some cases, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on stock location, packaging requirements, courier constraints, or operational reasons. If this occurs, customers may receive the products in multiple shipments and on different dates. Separate tracking details may be provided where applicable.

Shipping Fee Adjustments and Promotions

Jerolex reserves the right to modify shipping charges, free shipping thresholds, international shipping conditions, delivery commitments, and shipping-related promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed unless a payment issue, fraud review, or operational exception requires cancellation or manual review.
