This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellation requests may be accepted for orders placed on jerolex.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the cancellation terms stated on this page. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner for dispatch. Once an order has entered processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Since Jerolex generally processes and releases orders within 1 to 2 business days, customers are advised to raise cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing the order if they wish to cancel.

How to Request Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation by visiting the account dashboard or by contacting our support team through email at contact@jerolex.com or by phone at +91 0581 422 0088 as quickly as possible after placing the order. A cancellation request should include the order number, customer name, registered contact details, and the reason for cancellation for faster verification. A cancellation request is considered only after it has been reviewed and confirmed by Jerolex. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that the order has been cancelled.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If a cancellation request is received and approved before the order has been shipped, the order may be cancelled successfully. In such cases, if payment has already been received for a prepaid order, the refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout, subject to applicable payment processing timelines. Jerolex reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already moved beyond the stage where operationally it can be stopped.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is generally not allowed. In such situations, the customer may need to follow the applicable terms under the Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy, if eligible. Refusing delivery after dispatch does not automatically qualify as a valid cancellation and may result in deductions of shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, handling charges, payment gateway charges where non-refundable, or other operational costs, where applicable and permitted under law.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, Jerolex reserves the right to verify the order before dispatch through phone call, message, internal review, or any other reasonable verification process. If the customer is unreachable, fails to verify the order, provides incorrect details, appears suspicious, or if the order is assessed as high-risk, fake, abusive, or likely to be refused, Jerolex may cancel the order without prior notice. Customers are expected to place COD orders only when they genuinely intend to accept delivery and complete payment at the time of delivery.

Prepaid Order Refunds After Cancellation

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved by Jerolex, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account, card, UPI app, wallet, or original payment source may vary depending on the payment gateway, banking network, card issuer, or financial institution involved. Jerolex will initiate the refund from our side within the applicable timeline, but final settlement speed may depend on third-party processing systems.

Cancellation of International Orders

International orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an international order has been shipped, cancellation is generally not possible. If an international order is refused by the customer after dispatch, returned due to customs issues, non-acceptance, unpaid import duties, failed delivery, incorrect address, or customer inaction, Jerolex reserves the right to deduct shipping charges, return freight charges, customs-related losses, payment processing charges, handling fees, and any other non-recoverable operational costs before issuing any eligible refund, if any.

Cancellation Due to Incorrect Address or Customer Error

If a customer requests cancellation because of an incorrect shipping address, wrong phone number, mistaken product selection, incorrect size selection, or any similar customer-side error, Jerolex may attempt to assist only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the order has moved into processing or shipment stages, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing checkout.

Jerolex’s Right to Cancel Orders

Jerolex reserves the absolute right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order at our sole discretion in cases including but not limited to product unavailability, stock mismatch, pricing or technical errors, duplicate orders, suspected fraud, suspicious payment activity, unverifiable customer information, repeated failed verification attempts, high-risk delivery areas, abusive conduct, misuse of promotional offers, excessive return abuse, legal restrictions, customs restrictions, or any circumstance that makes fulfillment impractical or unsafe. In such cases, if payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with our applicable refund timelines.

Promotional Orders and Limited-Time Offers

Orders placed during special sales, limited stock offers, flash deals, discount events, or promotional campaigns may be subject to faster processing and higher order volumes. Because of this, cancellation windows for such orders may be shorter, and Jerolex may be unable to cancel such orders if they have already entered fulfillment stages. Customers are advised to review all product and order details carefully before placing orders during promotional periods.

Abuse of Cancellation Privileges

Jerolex reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse future orders, especially Cash on Delivery orders, if a customer repeatedly places orders and cancels them unnecessarily, repeatedly refuses delivery, misuses the ordering system, or engages in suspicious or abusive purchasing behavior. This measure is intended to protect operational efficiency and ensure fair service for genuine customers.

Refund Deductions in Certain Cases

Where permitted by applicable law, Jerolex reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable payment gateway fees, shipping-related costs, packaging costs, handling charges, return-to-origin charges, or other reasonable operational losses in cases where an order is cancelled after partial processing, refused after dispatch, returned due to customer fault, or otherwise causes a direct operational loss to Jerolex. Any such deduction, if applied, will depend on the stage of the order and the reason for cancellation.
